This is a great adventure for families with younger children, our more senior citizens, first time rafters and people who just want to chill, view and learn about the river from the comfort and fun of a white water raft.

Each raft is guided by your own professionally qualified Kiwi raft guide.

Life jackets and full safety briefing as well as transport to and from the river are provided- all you need to do is be wearing a swimsuit or clothing and shoes you don't mind getting damp or wet, and bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Dry Bags to store your change of clothes and any items you would like to bring along on the trip are provided for the duration of the journey.

Travel the Thermal Highway on your way to the site, stopping by the Lady Knox Geyser along the way. Upon arrival at the park you'll have the morning to explore before departing Wai-O-Tapu at 12.30pm for a 1.15pm arrival back into Rotorua.

Please note: If you'd like to extend your time at the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland, you'll have the option to depart Wai-O-Tapu at 3.15pm for a 4pm arrival back into Rotorua.
